In my spare time I like to go to pub auctions and to car boot sales to see if I can spot the ‘bargain’ which I then sell again on ebay. You certainly don’t get rich but it’s an occupational therapy and you win some and you loose some.
In doing so you are rated by your buyers who leave a feedback for others to judge your honesty and integrity and I price myself that the people who buy from me feel that they can trust me.
Unfortunately, there are some idiots out there who ruin this and leave you a negative feedback for something which is totally outside your control.
It happened yesterday when some stupid f….. bitch left a negative feedback for me because she had not received an item which was posted 9 days ago. I would not moan about this had she contacted me and asked for the posting details, but no, nothing, no email no message, just a brainless comment on the feedback page which said “I have not yet received this Item, Where Is It?”
How the f…. do I know. All I can do is post the items and, as I always do, obtain a Certificate of Posting.
We all know that the Post Office is loosing 1000’s of parcels and letters a year and under normal circumstances I would have filed a claim with the Post Office and given her the money back and we both would have been happy.
Now, after that stupid remark and taking into account that she left me with a negative feedback I am just angry and I most certainly will not chase it up or refund the money. Why the heck should I ?????????????
